Simple steps to take once you've booked

Make sure we know the color of you vehicle and where it will be parked.
To ensure we know exactly which vehicle we are to service and where it will be please make sure to state where your vehicle will be parked and what color it is.

How you'd like us to access your engine bay
It is your choice if you'd like to hand us the keys or just simply leave us access to your engine bay by either leaving your vehicle unlocked or you can simply just pop your hood latch about 15 minutes prior to your appointment time and we take care of the rest and rest assure your hood will be securely latched when the service is completed.

Any delay in your arrival time or location of service?
Was there a change in the location at your apt time? Is there a delay that may make you a few minutes late?
Not a problem, Things happen and we understand, this isn't your doctors office and we don't charge a penalty for problems that arise, just reach out to us and we will be happy to adjust the time or location that helps suite your day better.
We are happy to say we have had some recent requests for additional services, we are glad to add a few extra mobile services for your convenience. We cannot offer full on mechanic services yet but some of the general maintenance items your vehicle may need we are happy to give you a quote on, please see our request form and feel free to ask about any additional services you may be in need of.
